On Tuesday October 7,2014, a four year old mistakenly took over 250 packets of heroin into a local and started to give it out like it was candy. Due the incident every child in the daycare was tested to make sure no one had ingested the drugs, though none of the packs were opened.
Police say that the child accidentally brought the wrong book bag into the daycare, and saw the candy thinking it was candy. The drug belonged to her mother, Ashley Tull, who switched the book bags. This one switched cause the daycare to go into panic, calling the police.
It is in my opinion, the the mother not only be charged with the many counts of illegal drugs, but also child endangerment, and is arraigned in the Delaware courts.
How was the one little girl able to bring so much heroin into her day care? Is the mother to blame or is no one to blame? How long should they be in jail, if anytime at all? What do you think of this incident?

I think you are completely right on the charges that the mother should face. What kind of parent does this?! If that child, or any of the other children ingested those drugs; they could become seriously ill. Drugs are horrible for the health of anybody, so for children it would be extremely bad!
